This is our Colorado Springs Lake House! You are a few minutes walk to the shore edge. You can walk the kids over to the play ground, or take the paddle boards out for a relaxing or invigorating adventure. Downtown is minutes away as well as many attractions that you came to Colorado Springs to visit. This two bedroom, one bath house is the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. Enjoy the yard games, hot tub and or a fire pit in the private fenced in back yard.

Clean, comfortable and great hosts
Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Kitchen very well equipped, hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. Also super close to everything we needed. Outdoor space is really a bonus, would stay again.

Cute Little House - Convenient to Downtown and Everywhere
This is the cutest little house, great location if you want to walk or run from the front steps. There is a lake path a block away or less. The kitchen is stocked well and you can cook most things without worrying if the spice or the equipment is available. i was in town for a work event and needed to be both downtown and up at the Broadmoor and it was a quick drive to both. I will check availability here the next time I'm in town.

An all-around great stay!
Hosts were communicative. House was clean and had everything we needed. We came during a big snow, and they even had snow removal service for us. Location was solid — close by to downtown by car, but not super walkable overall. That said, it was a great stay and a lovely home!

Colorado Springs
We could not check in early ( not really a big deal ) we knew we couldn’t get in until 4. We could not get the front door open. It’s jammed up on the frame. We called and messaged the property owner many times about the front door not opening with no response and we waited outside for over a hour with all of our bags and groceries and 3 kids sitting and waiting for them to respond. It started to rain so we packed everything up and put it back in the car and waited for a response with no success. We contacted Vrbo for help and they answered right away and helped as best as they could. If your renting a property and you know your guest check in is 4 pm why aren’t you making sure your guest checkin process is starting off well!! The bathroom door locks but doesn’t close and latch. The back door has issues hard to open and shut. You have lots of door issue that need addressed before renting this property. The ac unit upstairs is not a normal in the window type but sitting on the floor at the foot of the bed runs all the time and you can not hear the tv at night when your trying to relax. The hot tub metal handle is broken and the hot tub cleaner guy came out to clean it while we were using it. This service should not be performed while your renting the property. The hot tub cleaner guy said he has advised the property owner many times the handle was broken and it still has not been repaired. The neighborhood is really sketchy especially at night. Don’t go out at night to walk.

This house was the perfect place for our family get away. We loved soaking in the hot tub after climbing the stairs at Seven Falls and other sightseeing all day. The house and backyard are beautiful and private. The owners are great to work with!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our trip to Colorado. The house was lovely and had a beautiful yard. It accommodated us well and the kitchen was great. We really liked the hot tub and the privacy the gated yard provided. Top notch property.

Great for 3 of us!
The space was lovely and clean, inside and out. Very comfortable and ideal for my husband and me and our adult son. The hot tub was exactly what I needed this weekend and was such a HUGE bonus! Short walk to a sweet neighborhood lake and a good coffee shop.

There’s a train that runs through somewhere close by at all hours you can easily hear. Otherwise it’s a great home, lovely backyard and perfect for what we needed.
