It was very clean. However, the room was small and there were few amenities. We had to park down the street and then it was difficult getting back inside the parking garage. Staff was not pleasant or helpful at the hotel. The homeless population was right outside the hotel sidewalks and left garbage everywhere.

Hotel was very clean. I like that you must use you room key to enter the hotel and also to use the elevators. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Location is great and right in the middle of 16th street mall.
