We loved the quaint little historic place. IMO it needs upgraded furniture and the tub needs to be painted. But the location was perfect for us

The whole place needs updating. The refrigerator was unlevel so it moved each time we opened it. Was mislead about things. But we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay

Colorado Springs
House was on a pretty busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise. Air conditioners were still in windows, so there was quite a bit of cold air coming in. There are people who live on the property as well, so there are quiet times and shared areas. Was not a big deal for us, but might be for others.

Cute house in a good location
The listing was just as promised. Check in and out was easy and we didn't have any issues. The one thing I would note is that the cleaning is a bit spotty-- there were quite a few random items (socks, food wrappers, etc.) left under beds or couches that my curious children dug out. The fridge is also alarmingly wobbly when opened and should be stabilized. But, overall it was a great place!
