Loved this hotel. Only roadblock was the lack of parking on Friday night. There were NO parking spots left in the lot when we returned to the hotel that night.

The hotel cancelled our confirmed booking reservation without any notification until we showed up to be told sorry we are overbooked and as a result “most of our third party bookings have been cancelled so we have no room for your family with several small children. Did not apologize or even offer to call other nearby hotels to check for room availability. Completely rude and unprofessional. Had to find a different hotel which cost more and was outside the area. Notified Travelocity so hopefully the hotel doesn’t charge me for a stay that never happened!!!
