As you step into the casita, a comfortable and inviting queen-sized bed welcomes you with its crisp linens and fluffy pillows. Allowing for flexibility, there is also an additional futon sofa against the wall, ensuring both you and your best friend can enjoy a cozy stay. We've mounted a sleek flat-screen TV on the wall for movie nights after the pool cools down.

Serenity in a simple kitchen
Equipped with a two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee pot, you have everything you need to prepare meals for two. Plus, the full-sized fridge and pantry mean you won't have to constantly run out for groceries. Don't forget to grab BBQ essentials on your way into town – Concan does not have a grocery store, and Ulvade is a 40-minute round trip.

Poolside peace
The covered patio is perfect for dining out while staying home. The dining area is surrounded by potted sage, geranium, and rosemary giving you the feeling that you are dining in a garden. With a BBQ and bar at your disposal, who needs to go out?

Out in the sunlight, the pool sparkles. Surrounded by natural sandstone, sunken steps and seating, the pool is just what you need after

-a long day of hiking at Garner State Park (15 mins away)
-checking out the local bat caves (Frio Bat Flight, 15 mins away)
-floating down the Frio (5 mins to FREE Frio access at 7 Bluffs/Gravel Bar).

The trickling hot tub is what your aching muscles need after a day out on the links at Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club (call ahead to book a tee time).

Shared patio and pool
The patio and pool space are shared with its twin casita on the property, Quietude.

There is also a shared half bath near the pool.
