Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 full bath cottage suite!
This room has two bunk beds, one King/Queen and one Full/Full.
In addition to the convenient kitchenette in your room -equipped with mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and sink-this cottage features a beautiful river view and a private veranda…complete with a privacy fence, a outdoor dining table and a grill/griddle combo, located right outside your back door.

Quiet time is 10pm.
Pets are allowed in this cottage for a $75 fee, with prior approval from the owner.
However, we do have some general guidelines;
35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding and again, they MUST have prior approval from the owner.

There is a one-time linen fee for this rental.
Please note towels are NOT provided.

All of our properties are smoke-free. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of your butts in the proper receptacles provided.

The Great American Eclipse
The Eclipse was an excuse to meet with my oldest grade school friends for the year of our 70th birthday. The place, sitting by the river as the skies went dark, was perfect. Donny is the most gracious host, and his personality pervades the place. He is an amazing woodworker and, overall, a very interesting person. I really appreciate his providing the perfect escape.

Beautiful location. Close to the river. View of mountains and rivers. Tall beautiful trees, Donny was an excellent host. He called as soon as we made the booking. He upgraded us. But the best thing was location, location, location. Since this property is on river banks, we could walk to the river anytime. It is so quite, you do not hear anything else apart from the river. The property also has a pool, it was too cold to swim, but the hot tub was fantastic! Donny had it warmed up to 98F by the time we arrived. For those who love TVs, the property had smart TV. Beautiful stay! We will certainly come back. Thanks Donny!

Took my 3 kiddos here for a 3 day spring break get away and it was perfect! Had a blast on the river and cookin in the outdoor kitchen area and playing games!! Totally recommend Donny’s place!!
