Good location near restaurants, modern, clean interior and exterior, parking lot is well lit, hot water for tea and chocolate available and coffee was always hot, was happy to see chamomile tea available, nice breakfast selection, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower with hot water, room looked and smelled clean, had a delightful chat with Meesha that works the front desk at night she was very friendly and accommodating when I requested more towels.

Everything was wonderful: staff, cleanliness, amenities, comfort of the beds, shower. The only thing that could use improvement is the breakfast which is very basic. More variety of items, choices of fruit, and freshness (the English muffins were hard). This is our second time staying at this hotel and if/when we’re in Tomball again, we will definitely stay here.

The service from the workers! Room was ratty, no soap, room was not what I payed for and had to sleep on a couch bed and spent big money for a suite to sleep on a couch! Not happy at all will never use travelocity ever to book a room! I will also never stay in a Holiday inn express suites either! Was treated so badly by the staff they just didn’t care that it was all wrong and I had no time to cancel or try something else so I was stuck with you all the mistakes and couldn’t do anything about it and I was not happy at all! I plan to call travelocity corporate to voice my complaint on how bad you are and also your partnership with Holiday in and the rudeness and lack of care by there staff as well so I’ll be calling Holiday Inn corporate as well! I wish what was supposed to be a great weekend with my nieces wedding I wish I could forget!!!

It was clean. the room was nice with the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It started our day off right and saved time. Staff was friendly.
