We stayed here last minute with several families. The rooms were great and the bathrooms had been updated and were very new. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed for the winter (understandable) and the hot tub was also closed because of damage. Front desk was friendly and we didn't have any issues.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff have been exceptionally courteous and accommodating both times. They do not rush, and really listen to me. They ask questions and explain options. They confirmed my choices before starting to type on the computer (to complete check-in)...so rare these days! In addition there is supposed to be a BIG snowstorm blowing in. I expressed concern, and Barbie offered to get details for me. When I came in with my luggage, she had printed out the weather forecast for me. I am so grateful for her thoughtfulness and help. :)

It was a big disappointment from the pictures on website. Parking lot in terrible condition with big puddles of water, dogs barking in adjoining backyard and facilities tired. No elevator for handicapped.

Thank you for your review. We had to put a pause on the parking lot construction until spring next year. We do know it needs repairs. As for the barking dog's we apologize for the noise will try to contact the owners of the house behind the BW property. The room is a suite with a lot of space. The fireplace gives it a cozy feel and the refrigerator, sink, desk, couch, etc. is perfect for a longer stay.
