Front desk guy was rude, suspicious, argumentative and not groomed well Nice pool but he would not let me swim laps with an otherwise empty pool.

Just not the case, that rope across the pool is a safety for small children . But you have a wonderful year & be safe out there

The wi-fi works well and staff is very friendly. Every time I had to insert the keycard four times before I could unlocked the door. The deadbolt is broken and needs to be replaced. The wall outlet is loose and I couldn’t plug in, chipped wall paint and broken glass windows.

This location was not a good experience at all. It was dark, dank, and dirty. As just one example, there was a used bandaid in the bathroom left over from the previous guest, and the bathroom rug was filthy. To avoid having to sit on the furniture, I brought in a camp chair from my vehicle. But the part that drove me to leave the place mid-trip were the bugs crawling everywhere: up the curtains, on the windows, on my chapstick, on my bag. It was terrible, and the managers didn't even consider this to be a problem and showed no concern whatsover, simply stating that if they had bugs then every other hotel would as well---which wasn't true. I found another hotel in the area for the rest of my stay, and no bugs crawling anywhere. Would not recommend staying here unless you want to worry about being awakened in the middle of the night with a bug crawling on you, and having to kill the bugs crawling on your belongings.

Because the Travelocity pic of the property is a night view, it makes it look more inviting than would the same view in daylight. To be honest, I probably would have skipped it. However the rooms weren’t bad. Updating needed. But clean and comfortable

Had a problem with our A/C, but they moved us to a similar room so they could fix it before their last guest arrived. We slept well. ;-)
