Dear guest I am truly sorry for the problems you had during your stay my apology.

Upon arrival at 11:00 PM after getting settled with 4 kids we found that the sink and toilet were clogged and there was no extra TP in the room with not even a full roll available. I’m the morning there was no fresh breakfast at 9:00 And no no milk for cereal. No microwave for the instant oatmeal, it was a hot mess

AC did not work. TV did not work. Phone did not work. No onsite maintenance, no on call maintenance. Manager is unavailable after his work hours for “any reason”. Nice place, terrible management.
