I had a family emergency a couple of days before and the employee informed me she was crediting my card back and to wait five days for it to post. It didn’t post and I called back and got another person who said too bad you were supposed to call Travelocity. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Property was very dirty, rundown, and basically in poor condition. Free breakfast consisted of overdone scrambled eggs and cereal.

The staff was friendly and granted our request to check in early. When we got to our room we found black particles on the bed that we initially thought were bugs. My husband brushed them off and said that they were not bugs but he didn't know what they were. Later that night when we got ready for bed, upon pulling the covers back we found a balled up used washed cloth under the covers and the sheets were not clean. The front desk stated that house keeping was gone for the night. We requested clean sheets and changed them ourselves. When we reported the incident to the owner the next day. He asked why didn't we take pictures and defended his hotel. We were highly offended and disgusted by his comments and unprofessionalism and accusatory tone! He eventually offered to deduct 50% from our first night's stay, we stayed two nights. At checkout we found that he did not deduct anything. The staff were very apologetic and said that they would have him call us that day. We have not heard from him. We will never stay in that hotel again and regret staying there in the first place. I would not recommend that anyone stay at that Comfort Inn and Suites in Fairborn, Ohio,
