Price was right for what I got. Mattress needed replaced. Bottle caps lying on floor under desk. Phone couldn’t dial out. (Dialtone but buttons didn’t function) mold in bathtub. Heard every other guests doors close. Could hear people walking in room above us on next floor. I’ve stayed in several HIE this year. This one was very disappointing compared to the others.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, clean room, wonderful breakfast, quit location, close to local restaurants. Recommend this property if staying in the area

Clean rooms, good service, great price

Clean. The mattresses were soft ( I prefer firm) The breakfast was well stocked and very fresh Nice bed spreads were the kind that gets replaced with each visit as well as the shower curtain All and all the best value for the money

Nice Hotel close to food ...gas..Kings Island.

Cons: Pool area..we stayed # 3 nights was really looking forward to hot tub time it was so loud in there we left..should be better controlled.
Location: Shopping..Kings Island is only 11 miles away..plenty of resturants...easy access to interstate
Had a nice stay while on vacation.good breakfast bar..clean rooms..nice staff.

This hotel is very accommodating

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, kid friendly, pool with great hours of oper
We stay at this hotel each time we travel to Ohio and have never been disappointed. It is clean, staff is friendly breakfast is very good and beds comfortable. I will not stay anywhere else and would recommend that anyone stay there.

I would stay here again.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
We spent the night on a shopping trip. It had a decent breakfast bar. a nice pool and hot tub, and in a nice area. It had what we needed.
