The lady at the front desk was very rude. She argued with everyone. Food was nasty. Rooms we dirty.

Some things not right, but deserves another chance

Staff was friendly and breakfast offerings were much better than I had expected. But a HUGE problem for me was that their Wi-Fi wasn't working, and when I first tried to report the problem, I discovered that the in-room phone didn't work. So I walked to the front desk, and they acknowledged that the Wi-Fi wasn't working. My room was perfect in cleanliness, and the bed very comfortable.

My Superbowl stay

Very nice hotel, a little ways from the dallas/ft worth area, But that was ok... Very resonably priced,very quiet,excellant breakfast except the biscuits were alittle over done..Nobodys perfect, freindly staff,and nice rooms... When thier charging $*+ a room in dfw remember this hotel...
