Room was pretty clean, drain in sink stopped up and stunk like dead rat, hairs on back of sink upon entry, but rest of room was clean

The staff was very nice and the cleanliness of the room was great. I could hear every word people in the hallway were saying and it was noisy in the morning. The small, really poofy square pillows prevented me from a good night's sleep- I would suggest you change those!

Quality Inn was in a renovation phase, what had been done is great!! Friendly staff, updated pool and IT WAS HEATED unlike the hotel across the street. And an abundance of around pool seating, towels and pool room was heated. Breakfast was provided with a nice variety of to go items in a grab bag. Shopping and restaurants in close proximity. Very well lit outdoor parking and also corridors inside. Minutes away from Olentangy Caverns, Columbus Zoo, and other laces to visit. Highly recommend!! We will be returning!

The hotel accommodated my very late arrival; I called them ahead of time to tell them that I would be late and was assured that I would be checked in whenever I arrived. Room was clean and properly stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The tissue box in its container was empy, however. I took the cover off hoping the maid would see it and replace it with a full box. She put the cover back on but did not put a new box in the space. On my third day, I was in the shower when the maid knocked on the door. I told her to come back later. I finished up and left for the day. When I returned that night, the maid had not come back, and everything was still as I had left it. I had enough towels for the net day, however.
