This property has so much potential!
This property looks like it has half completed projects and it needs a REALLY DEEP cleaning. It's not filthy but if the deep cleaning was done once, I feel it would be so much easier to maintain a good standard as It is a beatiful home with so much potential. It would have been nice to more basic kitchen supplies like other spice than just salt and pepper. Many lightbulbs needed replacing and I worry about the staircase railing as it is very loose and potentially dangerous. I would consider TV's in the bedrooms and reliable cable/direct tv as streaming live TV was a nightmare. We still had a wonderful time and it is centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were available by text and responded quicky to our questions. Although living on the property below downstairs, you would have never known it. Again, it is a nice place, very spacious for a houseful of adults that just needs a little TLC and we would rent again if these suggestions were competed.

The location of the property is great - very quiet residential area with easy access to stores. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. There is plenty of room for family. The house is good, just needs some deep cleaning and attention to details.

Great location
Great location with easy access to food/shopping. Listing does not state that the owners live in the basement. The floors are on the loud side both upstairs and down. Overall a good experience, quiet neighborhood and a very pretty view of the mountains.
