The hotel is completely out dated. The pictures on the website are NOT of this property. Definitely false advertising. The air conditioner did not work and all we could smell was cigarette smoke ALL night long.

I am very sorry to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that there was a problem with your air conditioning. It does appear that a guest may have been smoking in a room next to you which is not allowed as we are a non-smoking hotel. I do appreciate your feedback and I have shared it with the team.

The staff were very nice, but you could just tell that they were understaffed. The restaurant was extremely slow and waitresses overwhelmed with no help. Felt sorry for them. The service was bad but not because of the employees, they just didn’t have enough staff to help out.

Denver Vacation

Hotel was nice and close to Airport. Bed was comfortable. Didn't get the restaurant or bar area. Only complaint I would have would be no mini fridge in the room☹️

disappointing

First of all we expected a microwave and fridge in the room. Nothing! Secondly,, the swimming pool water was merky and the sides of the pool were black and dirty. Third, the facility appeared run down. Several years ago it must have been a four star but not anymore. Location is 30 minutes from main tourist destinations. Inconvenient. Our room was on the small side.Small closet. TV received a dozen channels at best. Remote was slow. Local channels ok but below average otherwise. Room drapes were wrinkled . One side of the outer drapes was torn. We returned to the room about 4pm and it had not been made up.....unacceptable. We do not plan to return to this motel.

4 adults 3 towels

The reservation for 4 adults was made several weeks before our arrival. However, when we went to shower there were only 3 towels. Other issues: 2 creamer sets for 4 cups of coffee Shower curtain too short, floor soaked in 1 shower. Grout on floor tiles messy looking. Tub valve hard to turn and adjust.
