The hotel itself is kind of rundown it’s not the nicest hotel, but what can i say it’s what you get for what you pay for however, many amenities like a shower were not working and they couldn’t get somebody in to fix it. I’m traveling and I need a shower. I told him that if I can’t shower, they need to compensate me for the lack of shower. If that’s something kind of important the thing they did was, they said they could move me to a different room I had to pack up my entire suitcase go to the front desk get a new room just to take a shower. As someone who’s been traveling, this is super inconvenient.This is super unacceptable not to mention that the phone was also not working so whenever I tried to contact the front desk, I had to use my own phone not a big deal, but still an inconvenient. The toilet itself would also not work. It was just super annoying when I reached out to the front desk to be like hey, you guys need to compensate me for these as these anemones are kind of important. The agent front desk agent was very rude. I could oversee most things if the staff was at least friendly, but the front desk woman who was there in the morning was very rude and very sarcastic. They said that because I pre-paid they can’t issue me a refund and that I would have to reach out to Travelocity. I reach out to Travelocity and they reached out to the front desk they said that they wouldn’t reimbursed me. This is in them not me! Definitely zero out of ten
