If you are going to an event at Wells Fargo Arena, this is a great hotel to stay at. It is an easy walk, only one block away so we were in our hotel room shortly after the concert was over. The hotel has quite a bit of parking so you are not fighting crowds in traffic. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and updated. Will definitely be staying here again!

It wasn't very sound proof and the bathroom caulking was not attractive. The starting & stopping of the air-conditioning was irritating.
