Both the pool and hot tub were out of order. The ice machine on the third floor was out of order. It did not have a sign indicating so and the clerk did not advise that it was out of order too. The elevator was not clean and had a funky smell. The carpet in the hallway was stained. The room was clean but it was also runned down. The shower had a sliding door that felt like it was on gravel and it was not smooth. The tile was poorly repaired. The window coverings were frayed on the sides and were not black out. I could hear running and a dog barking until 2:00 AM. The maid service ladies seemed to have a language barrier and was unable to communicate with directly. The breakfast area was clean, and the food as expected, the banana was terribly bruised. The drinks were not labeled. Staff folded towels in the lobby.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express before in another state. This company knows how to take care of their costumers, my stay has always been amazing. This time I was able to bring my dog. Totally worth the money. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for a visit with family. We have stayed before and loves it then. During our last stay, my mother became ill and needed to be transported to the hospital. Marcus was amazing to us and helped make the call. He offered to make us coffee or breakfast while we waited to hear from the hospital. They accommodated us as we extended our nights. We felt important to them and they genuinely seemed to care about us. We will always go back and stay there.

Beautiful building, but LOUD. Thin walls, slamming doors, thin and noisy floors. Squeaky clean, FABULOUS staff, flexible shuttle service to downtown, comfortable beds. It was just too loud to sleep because of the cheesy construction of the building.
