After we checked in. Went to our room door was opened had not been cleaned yet. I called front desk & he showed up telling us he was looking for housekeeping. After riding in the 90 heat in a motorcycle all day. We had planned on relaxing in the air conditioning. Going for a swim. Instead we ended up sitting on our balcony for 45 minutes. Housekeeping did show up, she was very apologetic. An hour later, while my husband was undressed. The manager entered our room. She had been told our room stil was not cleaned. When we checked out, she too apologized. She was so upset. We did tell her we understood. Especially with every thing going on. She also told us she would be sending us a gift certificate good for 2 years,
