Room was dirty, clothes left from previous guests. Hair in the shower. Cable tv didn’t work properly .Jetted tub had broken controls. Other guests smoke non stop in front of the doors and were very loud in the common areas at midnight or even later.

We were extremely upset at the breakfast. We arrived during the breakfast time to find all hot food gone—nothing was replenished. No eggs, potatoes or meat. Serving area was a mess. Tables were not clean, Won’t be staying here ever again! Room had dirty furniture and ripped drapes. Total disappointment!!

After prepaying through Travelocity, the hotel charged my card in full after I checked out. I called the next day and asked for a refund. A week later I called again to ask for a refund. Today is two weeks later, and again I called to ask for a refund. They keep telling me their email system is down and they don't know why my refund won't process. Avoid this hotel unless you want to pay twice for sub-par rooms and gas-station-level breakfasts.

Smells like garbage. Poor service. Finally got to room only to find it already occupied. We left and went somewhere else. Never stay at this hotel!!

NOISE! FREEWAY NOISE! hotel was having roof done and they were at it at 7;30 am! really ?? the lobby looked worse for wear, furniture- tired- breakfast 0 rating, window open in eating area at 6;30 am ? fakey looking egg, nothiing looked appetizing, didn't want to use pool, room was ok, but could use more counter space and dressers, will never stay here again- or recommend

They were short staffed. We understood that and felt bad for them, but our room was not ready for us until 9:30 pm and we had 2 young kids with us. The pool area was filthy- a large group was allowed to have a party with food in the pool area. By the time we were able go in to use it, there were still 5 unsupervised kids taking over the pool area, along with food garbage on the floor including macaroni. Our room had not been dusted. So disappointing. Fortunately, our grandkids didn’t notice or care about all of the issues. We really feel a complete refund would be warranted in this case. Hope to hear from someone about that!

Our room was very cold (maybe 45 degrees) when we arrived as the air conditioner rather than the heat was on. (The outside temperature was 15 degrees.). Once the room finally warmed up in the middle of the night, it was too hot so we slept poorly. We experienced very slow drains in both the sink and tub.
