The room had worn out furniture with visible water stains, and unclean mattress cover (brown stains noticed on the bed AFTER sleeping in it). They did not offer drinking glasses ( even plastic ones), Kleenex or an in room coffee maker. I understand that some of this could have been left over pandemic measures, but I have stayed in other hotels that were even less expensive that still offered these amenities.

Very nice room. Disappointed that the pool and Jacuzzi were not open. Lots of dining and coffee shops are closed also.
