Some how I got booked for an additional night which I did not make and the clerk would not change it. This will be the last time I use Travelocity.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience ! Unfortunately we would not be able to change your reservation because you booked through that third party. In a case were you do book through a third party and you want to make a change, you would have to let the third party know so they can update your payment and reservation in there system. If we make a change on the reservation, it would not get updated on the third parties end and the reservation would stay the same.

We reserved a double room and were given a single room. Our owner was not even able to spend the night. Not happy at all.

Our bathroom was not clean upon check in about 7pm at night, there was feces on the toilet! When I called the front desk the gentleman told me there was nothing he could do until the morning. Stuck by a mudslide I needed to make it work and I asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself, which he did not have access to. We ended up cleaning our toilet with the lysol wipe packets the airline had given us. When I checked out, the morning person couldn't do anything for me but offered me a $25 gift card. A dirty toilet is completely unacceptable, and I will not stay there again.

It was a nice clean place to stay. Perfect for what we wanted/needed. Walked across the parking lot to a nice Mexican restaurant.
