This hotel has a friendly staff, warm fresh cookies. Clean rooms no noise. Good parking with light. 1 block away from Walmart and housekeeping is great.

Very pleasant;;need to improve accessibility

Pros: Clean, pleasuant atmosphere, comfortable bed, chaise lounge, decent breakfast in spacious, pleasant area
Cons: Need to add sliding showerhead and controls so handicapped persons can use shower; lower tub sides or sliding board access to tub would also help.
Needed a place to rest and prepare for an event the next day. Room was lovely, with comfortable chaise lounge in addition to queen bed. I appreciated the amount of desk space as I needed to sort papers for meeting the next day. Staff were pleasant, main room was lovely. Had reqwuested handicapped-accessible bathroom and found it to be minimally so. While there was space for a wheelchair, little thought had been paid to the accessibility of the tub and shower for a handicapped person. Yes, there were grab bars, which is a good start. But the Hampton needs to have some advice from travellers who are themselves handicapped..

Nice value on the Eastern Shore

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
We were down on the Eastern Shore for a triathlon. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even moved their free breakfast up by an hour so that the early risers were taken care of

Great get away for a couple

My spouse and I wanted a get away together without going far from home. We had an easy check in and the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the temperature remained as we liked it! We have been in hotels that have an override to room temperature, we like a cool room when we sleep. The breakfast was the best we ever saw for a free continental breakfast! The staff kept it well maintained and stocked as people came to eat. We asked for a late check out and we given another 1 1/2 hours to hang out before we set our course for the day. We will return to Hampton Inn!
