Suzanne needs to be fired!

The front desk staff member named Suzanne was unprofessional, belligerent and biased. She has a problem with being empathetic to disabled people and as I stated to her myself, I will deal with her later by filing a complaint with the Wyndham Corporate office. I told her that on the telephone and she lied and told her manager that I threatened her. Then she called the police on me as if I was a criminal. I am a professional woman who has served my country all my adult life in the military and public service. I protect people, I do not threaten them. Anyway the manager believed her but I have a video recording of the conversation. I’m also gonna file a complaint with the ADA in reference to this incident. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else just because someone wants to pull a little power stunt as a front desk clerk. I went to her to explain a medical situation as I was having panic attacks and she went full Karen on me.

My stay was good. This was my first issue I've had and I have been coming to this hotel for four years. My issue was the comfortness of the bed. Its usually soft with nice warm blankets and able to sleep four ppl in a double queen room. This time the firmness of the bed was too much. We had sheets on our bed to cover, no blankets and the queen bed must've shrank because usually my husband and I could share a bed.

The service was perfect. The employees were friendly, they explained everything to us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and everything was clean. There are many shops in the surrounding areas. The hotel has a laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes. The breakfast could be better, but everything was clean, tidy and there was enough. It is a hotel I would return to without hesitation.

Our room was super small, hard to get around. Just one desk chair to sit in. Breakfast bagels seemed very stale. Our room was next to the lobby and the lobby tv was going all night, and was annoyingly loud. People (staff?) could be heard at 2 in the morning being very loud.

Microtel on Gambrills.

The first room we were assigned had a hole punched in the bathroom door. We asked for a different room and we’re moved down the hall. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was what one would expect at a lower priced hotel. No frills.
