Desk clerk informed me of coffee but No coffee available in lobby. Poor installation for sounds. I could hear everything outside my door as if no door. Difficult time sleeping. Poor positioning of the Tv. Could not see all of the screen from the bed

Property very nice and clean except dirty towels were left in bathroom. Also they have a sign in the bathroom if you want a mat for the tub to call the front desk, I think that is asking for an accident to happen especially for seniors

Very sketchy hotel in which I feared for my safety

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
When I arrived at the hotel there were 2 police vehicles outside and they were questioning a man. I asked at the front desk what the problem was and was told the man had attempted to kill his friend. Great, I was staying for business and there were no other decent hotels in the area. So, I asked to be roomed on the opposite end of the hotel. The room was dirty and there was mold in the shower. It gets better. Later in the evening I heard loud voices outside my room. I peered through the peep hole only to find the narcotics task force outside in the hallway searching the room across from me while the occupants were handcuffed in the hallway. I was trapped in my room. I watched through the peephole until all was clear. At this point it was about midnight and I feared leaving. I tried to get some sleep. I woke up around 4am to look out the window to make sure my vehicle was OK only to be met with darkness. All of the parking lot lights had been turned off. I was shocked. After all the stuff going on that night. I truly feared for my safety and was delighted when the sun came up and I could get out of there. I thought I was going to stay in a nice Marriot hotel. Boy was I wrong

Dear Chris, We would like to apologize for the events that took place during your stay. These events were out of the ordinary for our hotel. For the purpose of guest safety we had notice suspicious behavior and call the police to investigate. The event escalated into what you witness. Thank you for bringing the parking lot light issue to our attention. After investigating this we found that our timer was set for summer and not for the change of time. Regards, The Courtyard Team

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, close to shopping and mid-level restaurant chains
Cons: not apartment-style, tiny tiny pool, no continental breakfast
Good location for military bases, D.C. and St. Mary's. Would stay again.

Wonderful Time

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I really enjoyed my visit and stay at the Marriott Waldorf. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Room was very nice and comfortable... overall a great stay.

Nice Hotel But....

The hotel was very clean and nice.. I loved the bathroom with the mable countertop. Room did not have a microwave though. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and 2 of the nights we were there. you could easily har doors slamming and people walking in the room above us. My husband called the service desk to complain but it didnt do any good! It is within walking distance to shopping area. Overall, besides the expensive restaurant, no microwave, andthe noisy upper floor, it was ok. i would stay again.
