Major problem with ant infestation in bathroom so requested a change in rooms, which staff immediately granted. The new room was very clean and everything worked properly with no ants! Desk manager kindly gave us a discount for the inconvenience and apologized. I would return to this hotel because if the cleanliness and good customer service.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room and hallways and public areas all very clean. Also nice furniture. The room had everything I needed and more. Good climate control, coffee maker, etc. etc. Comfy bed. Nice decor and very clean.

Nice property, but did not realize I needed to adjust the temperature at a wall thermostat instead of the unit itself where the buttons do not work. Pretty cool night.

I booked for a kingsize bed but I got 2 queen beds instead. The lady at the front desk said I didn’t request for a king size bed which was not true, according to my original confirmation. After I confronted her she said there was no kingside room available.

It was OK. The receptionist was not behind the desk nor picked up the phone quickly. The carpets needed to be vacuumed. Didn't like the shampoo or conditioner. They should go back to the small samples size.
