While at first we thought the hotel was clean...but the bathroom and housekeeping left much to be desired. The shower/tub had black on wall tiles and slimy black gunk under all handles and shower door lip. The next morning we requested it to be cleaned. After going on a 10 hour tour we came back in the late evening to find it had not been cleaned...and the bathroom hadn't even been cleaned. Still had bathtub grime and wickers that my husband had dropped on the back of the toilet. I requested an answer, which they blamed on the morning desk clerk (I had watched him write it down and input it into the computer), then after this long day and then leaving early for the airport in the morning, they wanted us to change rooms! I asked to speak with a Manager and was told they didn't have one on, then told she was too busy to talk with me! Next morning we got a credit for one night stay...but I really would have had liked just a clean bathroom!.
