Property is noticeably aging and out dated. Check in took an hour due to not enough staff and automated check in being down. Bathroom lights werent working. Lamp torn out of a wall and not fixed. Trashes in room not empty and mini bar not refilled. $56 for resort fees but limited wifi access. Just meh all around.

Check in line very long, not able to check in through the rewards app as it claimed. The king bed is very uncomfortable and has dips in it. The dining room service menu did not have traditional food items. Must choose from restaurants ion or near property.

The next day, I had no running water till 3 pm. We could not use the bathroom, wash hands, etc. Delayed us to our reunion because we couldn't take a shower and get ready on time. One of the main syncs was cracked and broken; the cold water knob was also broken and rotated 350 degrees. Poor maintenance and poor service. It's a horrible place nowadays...

Staff at Caesars is friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms could be updated, but thanks to the housekeeping staff they're clean and neat.
