Love the property. We checked out online and requested a receipt be emailed to us - we have not received it. The amount owed at check out was $27 - we have a pending charge on our bank account for $127. We need the receipt.

The check in/out process was literally painless, with texts inquiring about needs and comfort. Oddly, all power went out my 1st night at 11:15pm and didn't come back on until 11:30pm. I was a little disappointed in the complimentary shampoos, conditioners and lotions available at a place advertising as a "spa"; they had absolutely no scent whatsoever. From one who travels quite a bit, lemongrass or mint infused bath items are quite customary. Otherwise, a nice casino hotel off the strip that I look forward to returning for equestrian events!

The property will be renovating from January 9 2023 to February 12 2023 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
