Staff seemed busy.... but we were traveling for a wrestling tournament and there was also a concert in town, they seemed to be fully booked. Beds are comfortable. Clean. Breakfast was great, the location is on the corner of a very busy road so it could lead to safety issues turning in and out...

Possible prostitution place!

Wasn’t given WiFi pass code, nor tv channel guide in room. Nice staff except a couple came in late right next door and made a lot of noise which turned in to moaning and knocking on the same wall. They were having sex all night long off and on and very loudly! I have kids so not cool! I called down and complained as I was awakened by it several times the last time being almost 3am. They said each time they would go and tell them they needed to leave that never happened. The next morning was told by other staff that they could not go and knock on customers doors at all. So I didn’t get to sleep hardly because the staff won’t tell people to have respect for others. Also very very close to highway so very loud all night.

Misleading Rating

I booked this hotel primarily because it had such a relatively high score on hotels.com - 8.4. It definitely does not deserve to be over 8, a 6 or 7 is more accurate. It has an old motel feel, and a loud train will keep you up at night. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and when I took off the tank cover to take a look I saw that the flushing hardware was all old and rusted. The only way we could flush was to manually pull the chain in the tank which was of course disgusting. When we complained to the lobby staff, the lady at the desk just said okay, thanks for letting us know and didn’t even offer to change our room. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a nice clean well maintained hotel.
