Check in was at 3:00PM, i arrived at 6:00PM to be told our rooms have not yet been cleaned. Door locks did not work. A/Cs did not work.

Property is near to dining and shopping options. They are understaffed and I was given keys to a room that had not yet been cleaned or prepared. The indoor pool is still closed and not available for use.

I liked everything, except breakfast. The breakfast served tasted like yesterday’s food that was reheated. Hardly saw any of the staff, upfront. We left and came back and noticed that there wasn’t anyone upfront. Hotel was clean & location was in a good spot.
