Such a tired, outdated property. The bed was fine but the entire room, halls, doors-everything-is so desperately in need of a complete overhaul that Wyndham should just shut this place down and proceed with renovations.

Dangerous for humans after dark and dangerous for pets in the room. How about going to the front desk to change HVAC settings from A/C to Heat. Maintenance has to do it the paying guest cannot. Electrical wires exposed throughout the room, Pet can chew on them. Room had trash and food under the bed and the bed looked like someone had slept in it! No one in MY company will ever stay at Wyndham again. I have 20 photos for proof

We got to the hotel late after traveling all day only to find our room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous occupants. Then we had a hard time finding our replacement room because their numbering system sucked & room numbers jumped all over the place. The free breakfast was canceled BUT the hotel was selling food. Our room was hotter than the hallway and lobby and when I went to the front desk to inquire about our AC I was told they had switched to the heating system and to maybe sleep with the balcony door open, which was covered in pigeon poop, so basically my family and I we’re screwed. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the fitness facility was open and it was 24hr but the equipment was old and across the courtyard, it wasn’t the really nice fitness center just off the lobby. All in all I was really disappointed in this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We request the room with a pool view we got behind the bldg. Viewing a storage container, we weren't told that we had to request housekeeping so the room was cleaned late, the heater didnt work the room condition looked run down the hallway was unclean cob webs and we were told no eating dinning room

Apologies for the issues during your stay. Unfortunately a request for poolside is upon availability. As for the dining there is both the bistro and the bar which had sit down availability for food. We did check the area and not sure of the webs but have serviced the area and checked the heating and cooling. We thank you for bringing these issues to our attention and hope that you will give us a second chance in the future .

A/c didn’t work, had to change rooms. Property is outdated, dirty and unsafe with carpet bumps in hallways, broken outlets in rooms and a/c that doesn’t function along with a musty smell.

I was surprised that the hotel was located so close to the airport and they didn’t offer coffee in the early morning! Very disappointed! The trash cans in the common area outside we’re over flowing.

The likes were few and far between!! First off they put me in the very back of the building (single lady) it was dark plus the security gate to get into property with a card only worked half of the time at night this could be quite dangerous!!, The trash area just outside of the exit door by my room was left for a day and a half over flowing! The halls had trash on the floor. The room wasn't any better the tub drained very slow, the bathroom faucet was loose, the heater was extremely loud. I felt like I was put in the ghetto area because I used Travelocity to book my room, horrible experience!!! SB
