Park County has every outdoor activity you can think of in a peaceful setting surrounded by 14ers. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas fireplace. Reliable wifi. Flat yard. Easy access from Highway 9/285. Deck w/ mountain views, 5 min to nat'l forest. One or 2 dogs ok! No pet fees, dogs stay for free!

+ Dining room: Table with seating for four plus a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. This room has large windows and a ton of natural light so is a great spot to work from.

This is an authentic cabin and Fairplay is an authentic, undiscovered mountain-town. That being said, the cabin and the town are not perfect and come with quirky charm like uneven floors, a low ceiling beam, and chilly floors. Town is not polished- in a good way. We have access to everything you could want to do in Colorado with 14,000 foot peaks as our backdrop.

Fairplay has everything you need to enjoy your trip! Grocery store, liquor store, coffee shops, lunch and dinner options, two breweries, a distillery, several shops and a cute downtown area plus other basic amenities.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

There is a Pack n Play located at this property. Sheets are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

> The minimum age to rent is 25.
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft. Visit the CDC website for more information regarding visiting high altitude.
> There is no air conditioning.
> Fairplay has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
