About 8 minutes from historic Fayetteville, 25-30 minutes from antique shopping in Warrenton/Roundtop. This family home, The Old Place New Again, was built around 1900 and moved a mile and a half down the road where it was fully restored and now sits on 400+acres. Enjoy the long porch with cool breezes and plenty of outdoor seating. The fire pit area and patio tables are perfect for conversing. Open floor plan and island kitchen inspire great family gatherings.

Moms and adult daughters stsyed here for Roundtop/Marburger. It was a charming house on a fantastic setting. It was a bit more of a drive than we expected but we loved this property and will be back!

Three Generations Reunite
This lovely house accommodated three generations of our family this summer, and we had a wonderful time. The common living space was roomy enough for all of us to be together to play games, catch up, and just generally hang out. The house is very private, situated among rolling hills and pastures, but it didn't take too long for us to drive to Columbus if necessary. We are looking forward to staying here again!
