Gorgeous/ Amazing hotel! Beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and friendly. Extremely clean. The only point to note was a very strong floral potpourri smell. It was a pleasant smell, but overpowering.

Boutique hotel

Pros: All of the above Child and disabled friendly with lifts if needed
Cons: Menu needs more diversification
Location: Quiet location on the River Arno . Very picturesque. Not a lot of local places to easily walk to so dining options a bit limited .
We arrived late evening and were welcomed warmly They had anticipated our advance requests and the room was perfectly prepared including a baby crib and a fluffy toy Staff are delightful . Incredibly helpful , respectful and interactive . They were particularly attentive to an 8 month old baby The property is a delight . Beautifully appointed and maintained . Wonderful artifacts from the original mill 1300 years old are seen below glass floors as well as the functional old millwheel The decor and art are stunning We loved the peace and quiet away from the noise and crowds of Florence and we made good use of the quiet pool area Would definitely recommend it !

Love this hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, charning, staff, scenery, on site restaraunt, free wi-fi, food, rooms
Cons: distance from town
This hotel was perfect. If you want somethinig off of the beaten path... The charm of the hotel, the views, the food and the staff, I cannot recommend them highly enough. My husband and I travel frequently, and this place was top notch. Other reviews had issues with the wi-fi. We had no problems at all, I think if you have computor skills you will be fine. The staff were above excellent, if you go look for Aldo and Aleno. Rooms were really comfortable. The views were great. The ONLY drawback was transportation to town. Cab rides cost about 20 to 23 euros one way, there is bus drop on the other side of the river, best value. If you want a quiet, charming, wonderful experience of Italy, stay here. From here you can book a vespa tour of the wine country, would reccomend highly, as well as other trips. LOVE THIS HOTEL. Say hi to Aldo and Aleno for us, they are great!!!! Complintary breakfast has to be experienced, like not other.
