It is a Short Driving distance to the famous Benson Sculpture Park and Chapunga Sculpture Park. Short driving distance to the Big Thompson Canyon, the gateway to Estes Park. This home was on the Loveland Garden tour twice and the Loveland Historical Home tour. We are in the downtown, so be aware there is an train that sometimes goes by two blocks away. Many people like the train but if you are a light sleeper I have for you a beautiful light noise machine and earplugs. It usually only goes through once at night and many guests love the evocative sound of the I have had one guest comment they did not.
