The rooms were not cleaned very well when serviced. Our bathroom floor was not cleaned once in the 7 days were were there. The elevators and the elevator lobby floors were also not cleaned.

We booked third party so we were charged 100$ for out complimentary breakfast. The place was very outdated with broken elevators. The best thing was the location.

The staff was amazing, they work their butts off. The location was great for beach goers, but poor location for restaurants and shopping. The restaurants at the hotel are expensive, and not enough options. The elevator in the north tower is constantly broke. You have to wait forever for the elevator.

The City of Pompano Beach offers the Pompano Circuit, which is an environmentally-friendly, electric public transportation option that transports riders through service areas which include: Pompano Beachfront, Fishing Pier, Harbor Pier, Beach Hotels, Downtown Shopping, Restaurants & more. Riders can quickly and easily get to where they want to go in Pompano Beach. We apologize for the inconvenience with the elevator. Unfortunately a broken part needed to be ordered and delivered in order to fix one of the elevators. Thank you for staying with us.

Terrible room/maid service, hotel temperature fluctuated the entire stay, elevator broke our whole stay only having one in use that fit 4-5 people. There were times I waited 10-12 minutes for the elevator to arrive. I would absolutely never stay here again. Terrible for a Marriott.

Loved the small feel of the resort and proximity to beach. Loved the pool areas…..loved the breakfast at on site restaurant….only negative was paying 27.00 a day for parking especially when the morning after arriving at 11:30 pm…as I was heading out for the day….valet lost my rental car keys…the guys working were very kind and finally after about 45 minutes they found them..

The staff was polite, but I guess that have to be to deal with all the faults with this hotel! - the AC didn’t work, we had to contact the front desk 6 times before they changed our rooms. - the new room AC didn’t work, until the engineer typed in a “VIP” code - the coffee was expensive and gross, not complimentary - the hotel hold was the most expensive of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at - they didn’t follow the cleaning schedule and didn’t clean for a week - they didn’t give us towels or even toilet paper! There were nothing but problems...
