The girl at the front desk when we first got there was very nice. We arrived early and they held our luggage until check in. The accommodations were ok but for the price the property needs a thorough cleaning,(our room was sufficient) other areas are in neglect. The elevator(there’s only 2) was terrible.

I was told check in would be around 1 or 2pm. I got in at 9am and I understand it's a busy location but I never got a txt or email to say my room was ready like I was told. I was in the after 3:30 after I asked the front desk multiple times the status of the room

We stayed at Hyatt place and walked over to Hyatt house and met bat tender Melissa OMW this women was amazing between her speciality cocktails and her personality I would go back just for her!! Both buildings we really nice and our room was lovely big and clean....definitely staying here again when we cruise out of fort lauderdale
