I liked it was near I-69 , parking was good however I needed to carry luggage a bit too far. The room was well equipped, however attention to detail just wasn't there, (and now I'm nitpicking),, but for example one of the bars of soap in the bathroom was placed in the dish upside down, label down. The three bottles of oils were haphazardly placed,,shower curtain liner was snapped on backwards,,, bed covers were very wrinkled, (looked like someone had been sitting on them), no facial tissues only toilet paper. Like I said, no big deal, everything worked and was fine, but just sloppy to the eye.

This hotel is disgusting. Our room was covered in stains. The room smelled like sweaty bodies and there was odd stains across the walls. The first thing we see is someone had tried to break into our room before hand and there were marks all over the room. The shower was disgusting and had food in it!!!!

I liked that the room had a separate seating area with a TV, besides the one in the sleeping area. The carpet looked old and could use a cleaning. There were cracker crumbs in a cabinet. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and the hot breakfast options were limited to instant oatmeal, a burrito with turkey crumbles, and a pork sausage biscuit.

The pool and hot tub were both closed. That isn’t listed on their website. We were really bummed about that.

The room was out of toilet paper and No towels. It smelled musty and the carpet was soaking wet. There was a huge spider in the room, and half of the lights didn’t even turn on. It was disappointing.

The entire property needs to be renovated. The rooms are out dated and need repair. I had a king bed suite. The pullout sofa cushions were soiled and the mattress had crumbs. The door to the bed room had a hole punched in it. The top sheet on the king bed did not fit, too small. Both the shower and sink drains need to be snaked as the water in both was slow to drain. The ceiling fan wobbled when in use. The staff, was helpful and nice and the king bed mattress was comfortable. This however, was a “NOT BEST” Western Plus Hotel!
