I reserved a room with a king bed and instead when I got there I got a room with two queen beds. When I told the staff he said it didn’t matter that I had a reservation and that was my only option. He claimed he never worked at that location but he has helped me there before. The tv in my room was slanted and had poor quality. Then when I went to take a shower the next morning there was no hot water. I have stayed at this location before and had a great experience but this last experience was so poor that I would not recommend to anyone to stay there nor will I be staying there again.

I like that the hotel is pet friendly as we had to travel With our dog. I’ve stayed in this same hotel previously and the staff really seems to care about you being here. They’ll answer questions, get extra anything you may need. They definitely help the customer.
