This property was simply adequate when it comes to price vs value. It’s very clean, but not particularly comfortable and has no personality. There is no front desk, only self check in kiosks and no one greet you or help you out. The pillow and blanket were clean, but flimsy and I didn’t figure out how to request additional linen until after I left. If you’re passing through this place is just fine, if you’re staying for a few days, I wouldn’t recommend it. It was very close to the central train station, which can be nice except not a whole lot happens near the Hbf in Frankfurt. Being that it was near the train station it was kind of loud around the clock.

Very handy to the train station, easy to find and easy to check in which was via their digital portal on site. The room was comfortable, new and well designed. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was that we wanted to have dinner there at the restaurant but they were unable to provide it due to staff availability. However, there were many restaurants close by.
