The hotel wasn’t bad. But we reserved a 2 double bed room, they put us in a room with a single queen. Couldn’t move us due to none available. They did call the next hotel beside them and transferred our reservation with no increased charges, so it all worked out ok. It was just frustrating at 1am with 3 tired kids to have to load and unload luggage twice and change hotels.

Hi there,we do apologize for the mix up with the room just having 1 bed instead of 2. We do understand that moving hotels could be a head ache but we will work hard to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your feedback.

Room was very musty, smelled like old stagnant water, and staff was barely attentive. I do have to say, though, that the water pressure in the shower was on point.

Hotel clean, staff courteous and efficient

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly staff
We will definetly stay at this Alvin, TX location when we return to visit family! We even had our children book rooms while we were staying there.

My husband and I travel alot and stay in several hotel rooms a year. We have stayed in this hotel twice. I would most definatly stay again!!
