Heated pool and hot tub! Pet friendly! Drink your morning coffee and your afternoon adult beverage with great view from balcony and big picture window. With bbq pits and shade sail. Endless entertainment possibilities within walking distance, fabulous restaurants and shopping. One restaurant over looks the water and fishing pier! Fun Center with go carts etc.. next property and additional parking. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Super wide Seawall Blvd., sidewalk for walking, jogging, skating, cycling-rentable bicycle for 4-6 available for rental on Seawall Blvd.! Can even rent a convertible /expensive car! Dining set in condo and table and chairs with great view!Very comfortable furniture and drapes! Throws provided! Pets ok w/ small nonrefundable . Decor-Chic Couch with chaise in family room. Very comfortable new mattresses- changed 2022. Big 53 inch smart tv in family room while others sleeping in bedrooms that also have own tv. Total 3 smart tv’s and New secure internet(unlimited users) and TV system installed in December2023! Cleaning supplies/broom/vacuum cleaner/mop etc.. provided. Spa Bath towels furnished. Beach/pool towels available upon request. Starter bath supplies and basic hair dryer, Recommend 7grown people -if 8th person should be small adult or child for TOP bunk as headroom clearance is smaller, large bottom bunk. (More: There is construction on the very front building where Office is). It does not impact this condo at all. Great Pool/ resort area-1 covered lanai and a -Gazebo by pool with electrical outlet and several bbq pits and volleyball. Large balcony!Great view! 3 foot lagoon pool for kids. The condo is across from Babe’s Beach on Seawall blvd. close to Moody Gardens, golfing, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Scholes Airport, the Lone Star Flight Museum, within one - 1-2. Pleasure Pier-get a family pack (4) for ALL day rides! Includes 1-2 water rides, small and large swings, children’s area, family size Ferris week, roller coasters, sit at end of pier and chillax, numerous other rides. Schlitterbahn open May 1. Family fun-ok to bring cooler/drinks/food. (Free) ferry to Bolivar Island, may see Dolphins-Texas historic sites from battles with park on Bolivar!and movie theater.-temporarily closed. The historic Strand and cruise ship docks 3-4 miles away-are a short drive on the bayside-lots of restaurants, bars, activities, music, festivals-can drive or catch trolley bus at 81st .. and Seawall Blvd. for $1.25 or Uber in! About 20-30 miles -NASA, Kemah Boardwalk, (same owner)of Pleasure Pier and Aquariun in downtown Houston-get all in one weekend package!The fun and relaxation never stops!
