I’ve been to hotels all over Texas and the stay was ok but where is my $50 deposit I put up and was told I would get it refunded in 2-3 business days.This was over a 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t been refunded. I don’t understand why I got to keep calling and leaving messages with a manager who did not honor his word he’d take care of it.Instead he goes on a vacation and won’t be back to work in day. I don’t recommend staying here for the first time cause that’s why I was told I had to put up $50 deposit it was my first stay there

I do apologize for the delay in processing your deposit. The front desk clerk did make me aware of the situation. A VOID SALE was made the morning after checkout but for some reason the credit card processing center placed some type of hold (I do not know why they did). From our end, the refund was processed. I did send a picture of the receipt to your email for reference. I do hope you give us another chance at our hotel.

Everything was great except the check-in. The reservation had not gone through when we got there, so we had to go back in 2 hours to actually be able to check-in. Also, we could have saved $5 + tax if we had rented straight from the hotel instead of going through Travelocity.
