Check in lady ignored me for quite a while, no "I'll be right with you" or anything. I asked for adjoining rooms and had booked 2 doubles - she said she could do an adjoining queen and double but a king/double would be extra. I asked how much extra it would cost and she ignored me, then said here are keys for a queen/double. I had booked through Hotels.com so I don't think she wanted to bother with changing anything. Very unfriendly. The next morning there was an African/American man on duty and he was awesome-greeting everyone that walked through.

Continental breakfast was a joke. Coffee in room consisted of 3 decafs and a caf. None extra at the Breakfast area, had to go to front desk for more caf. Why use 3rd floor (no ice machine) when hotel was essentially empty.
