The room was not clean we found a dead cockroach in the room opened soap closet door broken and TV not working. On top of that we got a complaint that we were making too much noise and we just got to our room about 5 min in. With unsanitary conditions Travelocity and the property manager didn’t even want to provide a refund. Don’t stay at this property and don’t use Travelocity!

Good location and the hotel was a mixed bag of conditions. The room was good But the pool area needs some work (water damage and peeling paint and pool and hot tub heaters were not working). Breakfast was good.

The property was Adequate. However.... I didn’t like the fact that our room didn’t lock. Then they moved us to a room that the air conditioner was broken. Then after we called again to the front desk they said they didn’t have any other rooms. So we went from a room that had no security to a room that was HOT and uncomfortable.
