I had a very comfortable stay at the Comfort Suites in Granbury. We stayed here while going to Dinosaur Valley State Park which is only 30 minutes away in Glen Rose. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 for facilities and condition was because the vent in the indoor pool room was not working, which made it a bit humid but management had doors propped to give it ventilation. The staff was very courteous, friendly, helpful with information and had a ready smile. Breakfast was very diverse with Texas waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, cereal etc. You will not leave hungry! I would stay here again, thank you Comfort Suites!

Disappointed

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff available when needed and checking appliances in the rooms to make sure they work
Location: Good location made it easy to get where we wanted to visit.
Early check-in went well, room and facility seemed clean, bed was hard and uncomfortable, air conditioner was loud and not accurate, microwave didn't work, electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work, breakfast was ok and staff worked hard to keep it stocked. Tried to mention issues with the room to staff at front desk and no one was there. They were outside smoking. Oh well, we won't visit there again and I'm sure they knew that.

December 2016 Stay at Comfort Inn in Granbury, TX

Good location for restaurants and other venues in and around Lake Granbury. Breakfast had a good variety and staff was extremely pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was ample.

Cold shoulder

Husband spent the night there as part of a weekend birthday party. Sunday morning he went to take a shower and had nothing but cold water. Sink water was hot. Upon checkout he told the staff. Desk person said, "oh yeah, we have had trouble with that room. Your neighbor got your hot water." Unacceptable answer, thank you very little.
