Last night my entire floor (2nd floor) lost power while I was trying to put my three girls to bed. (The bunk bed room is awful, btw. There’s no way it’s up to code. It’s like a tiny sauna with no ac in it. Just a fan retroactively added.) It became insanely hot in our room. My family of 5 ended up joining my father in law and his wife in his room on the 11th floor. Of course no one slept well in our cramped conditions. This hotel is a zoo. With the water park, there are so many people soaking wet, leaving the elevator floors and hallways soaking wet. My room’s AC (before the power outage) vented in from the water park area so our room wreaked of Clorine. This hotel is awful. Do not stay here.
