This beautiful and newly restored 2 bedroom, 2.5 Master baths 1500 sq. foot cottage is right in the heart of downtown Grand Junction close to CMU, St. Mary's hospital, Lincoln park/Stocker stadium (where Juco is held) and walking distance to downtown. It is also minutes from the award winning Redlands Mesa golf course, the Tabaguache trail system, Mesa County Public library, and Two Rivers convention center. It is also equal distance from Palisade's wine tasting and peach country as it is to Fruita's world class mountain biking. This adorable cottage has an open floor concept with a Fireplace, enclosed front porch, full Kitchen, and back patio. Enjoy Colorado mornings on the front porch and relaxing in the evenings after a long bike ride, shopping downtown, strolling through the park, playing golf, or just getting away from it all. This comfortable cottage will accomodate all your needs with a fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, new linens, front load washer and dryer, Central Air conditioning and heating , spectrum tv and free WIFI.

Perfect Spot
This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was just a good as the first time!! Great location since I was visiting my daughter @ CMU. Lots of room and private bed/bath areas for both of us. We were able to use the fully equipped kitchen for a few dinners with friends and just really enjoyed the space. Jennifer was super prompt when I had an issue getting in (my fault, not hers!!). We will be back for sure.

Couples weekend get away!!
This was our second time staying in Grand Junction. This little cottage not far from downtown was perfect this go around. The house was kept in great shape and everything felt clean and put together. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The house had everything you needed amenity wise. A few bathroom and kitchen supplies etc. The house has a bunch of hidden gems for your morning tea and relaxing. It was a nice getaway from home!!

Relaxing Getaway!
My family and I had a very relaxing and fun stay at this cottage. We played multiple board games and card games that were provided. The beds were cozy and very comfortable for a peaceful sleep. We definitely recommend this cozy cottage and most likely will be back when visiting family from now on. Thank you Jennifer!!!

Place is decorated very well, but not very clean. Dried food on the counter, hair in the bath tub. Dirt and a dried contact on the bedroom floor. Fish smell came from the kitchen sink eberytime we turned iron

Extremely cute house! Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to downtown GJ (like a half mile but walkable for us). Loved having 2 master style suites for my brother and I! Would definitely stay again!
